About the role

Depot-based role at a purpose-built Letterkenny facility. Around 98 per cent passenger vehicles including premium, hybrid and electric, with a focus on diagnostics, electronics and fault finding. Relocation assistance available.

What you will be doing

• Service, diagnose and repair cars and light commercial vehicles
• Electronic diagnostics and fault finding
• Prepare vehicles for test and rectify failures
• Accurate job cards and parts recording
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and wiring faults
• Work on cameras, sensors and other electronic systems
• Safely strip and reassemble components, trims and associated systems without damage

What you need

• Time served vehicle technician
• Diagnostic experience on modern vehicles
• Own hand tools
• Full driving licence
• Minimum five years' automotive experience and currently working as a technician
• Strong knowledge of modern passenger vehicle systems
• Experience with modern diagnostic equipment and software
• Experience with premium, hybrid and electric vehicles
• Good spoken and written English
• Full clean driving licence
• ADAS calibration experience an advantage
