Do I need a visa or a work permit?
No. Remote staff work from their own country, so there is no permit, no visa and no relocation. That is why the timeline runs one to four weeks, not months.
What does it save?
Typically 50 to 70% against an equivalent local hire, depending on the role and the market you are comparing against.
What English level do you test to?
Spoken and written, assessed and scored. For remote roles serving US clients we work to C1. We will not put somebody in a customer-facing seat whose English will not carry it.
Are they employed by you or by me?
By you, directly. We are not putting a layer between you and your own team, and nothing is deducted from the person's wage.
What if it does not work out?
Three month replacement guarantee on remote placements. No retainer and no startup fee either way.
