Why we exist
The gap is real, on both sides
Hauliers in Ireland and the UK cannot find drivers. Workshops cannot find mechanics. Accounting firms cannot find bookkeepers. Meanwhile skilled, English-speaking people in the Philippines, South Africa, Colombia and Bangladesh want to work abroad and keep getting burned by agencies that charge them for the privilege. We sit in the middle and do it properly: candidates pay nothing, employers pay from the start date, and we stay involved after placement.
Who we are
The people you will deal with
Behind them, recruiters, coordinators and trade testers in Dublin, London, Manila, Johannesburg, Dubai and Dhaka.
Group strategy, commercial direction and marketing. Martin runs the Irish business and the client side of it, and he is usually the one on the recruitment trips.
UK operations, sales and partner relationships. Lance handles the sponsor licence side for UK employers and works with our solicitors on the paperwork behind it.
Recruitment and candidate operations across the group. Elija leads the sourcing teams and runs the local focus in the Philippines.
Client and candidate relationships. Wilsie handles order processing, the check-ins after somebody lands, and the permit and visa side alongside Martin.
Work permits, finance and the Bangladesh operation. Mafta also covers UK operations and the systems that keep the whole thing running.
Permits and documentation. Nikki keeps the applications moving and makes sure nothing sits waiting on a missing form.

Workers earn the wage on the contract with nothing deducted, no margin skimmed and no hidden charges. We recruit to international ethical recruitment standards and we can show you how.

Employers know what each stage costs before it starts. Candidates know what is expected of them and what happens next, in their own language.
Accountability
Cover on every placement
30 days on a local hire, 3 months where the trade test was on a video call, 6 months where you tested them in person. If a hire does not work out inside that window, we replace them.
People
Not units of inventory
The people we place are mechanics, drivers, welders and accountants with families, ambitions and stories. We stay in touch after they land, because that is when it matters.
