About the role
A civil engineering contractor delivering roads, groundworks and infrastructure projects. This is a senior appointment with responsibility for commercial control across live sites.
What you will be doing
- Own the commercial side of assigned civils projects start to finish
- Prepare and agree valuations, variations and final accounts
- Procure subcontractors and manage their commercial performance
- Cost reporting, forecasting and margin protection
- Work alongside site management on programme and change control
What you need
- Degree in quantity surveying, construction economics or similar
- Significant post-qualification experience on civils or infrastructure
- Strong on measurement, NEC or equivalent forms of contract, and final accounts
- Confident dealing directly with clients and subcontractors
- Fluent English
