Remote jobs
Remote jobs with US companies. You are employed directly.
We place remote professionals from the Philippines, South Africa, Bangladesh and Colombia straight into US businesses. You are employed by the company itself, not by us and not by a middleman, and nothing comes out of your salary.
- Employed directly by the company you interviewed with
- Nothing taken out of your salary, and no fee to you at any stage
- No visa, no permit and no relocation, because you work from home
- Usually one to four weeks from applying to starting

Step by step
How the process works
Six steps, and you will know where you stand at the end of each one. Nobody asks you for money at any point.
You apply
Send your CV and tell us the role you want. One email is enough to start.
A recruiter calls you
We go through your experience, your setup and what you are looking for. No fee and no obligation.
Vetting
English assessed, spoken and written. Your experience checked with the employers named on your CV.
A practical task
Real work relevant to the role. It is how we tell genuine experience from a well written CV, and it is how you show what you can do.
Employer interview
You meet the US company directly and they decide. We do not decide for them.
Offer and start
A written offer, then equipment and system access sorted before your first day. Usually one to four weeks from when you applied.
What we look for
Four things, and we are straight about all of them
If one of these is not there yet, we will tell you which one instead of leaving you to guess why you did not hear back.
English
C1 or above
Spoken and written, assessed and scored. US clients are on calls with you from your first week, so this one is not negotiable and we would rather tell you early.
Experience
Real, and checked
Experience that genuinely matches the role you applied for, confirmed with the employers named on your CV. We do not put people forward for roles they have not done.
Your setup
Somewhere you can actually work
A quiet place to work, reliable power and high-speed internet. We check this before you are put forward, because it is the thing that ends placements early.
Working alone
Managing your own day
Remote work means organising yourself and asking when you are stuck instead of waiting to be asked. We look for that in the interview.
What we do not do
We do not charge you. Not to apply, not to be placed, not for training or registration, not at any point, for anything.
We do not take a cut of your salary. The company pays our fee. What you agree with them is what lands in your account.
We do not outsource you to a third party. You are employed by the company you interviewed with, on their team, with their progression.
How long it takes
How long it takes
There is no permit and no visa on this route, which is why it is the fastest thing we do. The other cards are the permit routes, shown so you can see the difference.
Remote role
1 to 4 weeks
No permit and no visa, because you stay in your own country. Five stage vetting, then a start date.
Trade or driving job in Ireland
The Department's clock
Interview, trade test and offer take a few weeks. The employment permit stage runs to the Department's published processing time, and nobody can speed it up.
Trade or driving job in the UK
UKVI's clock
The employer assigns a Certificate of Sponsorship, then UK Visas and Immigration decides the visa on its own published timeline.
Official processing times: enterprise.gov.ie for Irish employment permits and GOV.UK for the Skilled Worker visa. Anybody promising you a job abroad in three weeks is guessing.
What it costs you
Nothing, and nothing comes out of your pay
To apply, to be interviewed, to be placed
Taken out of your salary, ever
Employed by the company, not by an agency
Typical time from applying to starting
Sama Talent & Offshore Services Limited, 136 Capel Street, Dublin D01 T2C9. Licensed employment agency EA 5649, Workplace Relations Commission of Ireland. CRO 810220. Local first. Internationally ready when local cannot deliver.
Straight answers
Questions candidates ask
Do I need a visa or a work permit?
No. You work from your own country, so there is no visa, no permit and no relocation. That is why this route takes one to four weeks, not months.
Who actually employs me?
The US company, directly. We are not putting a layer between you and your employer, and we are not your employer either.
Do you take anything out of my pay?
No. Nothing, at any point. The company pays our fee separately. What you agree with them is what you are paid.
What hours will I work?
That depends on the role and the client's time zone, and it is agreed in writing before you accept. We will not spring a night shift on you after you have said yes.
Do I need my own computer and equipment?
It varies by employer, and it is confirmed before you start. Most provide or fund what you need. What you do need from day one is reliable internet, reliable power and a quiet place to work.
What about tax?
You are responsible for tax where you live. We are not tax advisers and we will not pretend to be, so take local advice on your own situation.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes. Tell us which one you would prefer and we will put you forward for the best fit and not spread you thin.
Is there room to grow?
Yes, and that is the point of hiring you directly. You are on the company's own team, so progression, pay reviews and new responsibilities come from them the same as anybody else.
How do I apply?
Email your CV to jobs@samatalent.com, or browse the live roles. We come back to candidates within a week.
Send us your CV. It costs you nothing to find out.
Tell us the role you want and where you are based. If we have nothing today we will say so, and we will come back to you when something fits.
