About the role
A plant hire and civils group maintaining its own fleet of trucks, trailers and heavy machinery in house. Well equipped workshop and a steady flow of work.
What you will be doing
- Service, diagnose and repair HGVs, trailers and plant
- Engine, transmission, brake and hydraulic work
- Prepare vehicles for CVRT and rectify failures
- Electrical and diagnostic fault finding
- Field repairs on site when required
What you need
- Time served HGV or plant mechanic
- Confident on hydraulics and air brake systems
- Diagnostic experience on modern commercial vehicles
- Own hand tools
- Full driving licence. HGV licence an advantage
