Country Sales Representative, Germany (Remote, Commission + Equity)
Job Description
Sama Talent Group places skilled tradespeople, drivers, technicians, engineers and hospitality staff with employers in Ireland and the UK, and is opening Germany. We run our own platform and our own trade test centres in Manila, Johannesburg and Dubai. We source in-country first, through our network of workers already living in Germany, and bring people in from abroad when the local market cannot fill the role.
Remote, based in Germany (Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne or Stuttgart) | Commission on every placement | Base salary for the right profile | Equity for the right person
You will open Germany for us: finding the employers that hire from abroad, winning orders and looking after those clients once the first people start.
What you’ll do
- Build a pipeline of employers in construction, engineering, manufacturing, transport, logistics and hospitality
- Explain how we work: local candidates first, international second, permits and paperwork handled by us
- Sign orders, agree terms and hand them to our delivery team, then stay close to the client
- Tell us what the market is asking for so our candidate pipeline matches it
What you’ll need
- Fluent English and fluent German
- B2B sales experience in recruitment, staffing or a related business service
- An existing book of employer relationships in Germany is a strong advantage and is rewarded from day one
- A working knowledge of how employers in Germany hire workers from abroad
