What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. WP3 Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes WP3 Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

WP3 Ltd, London, holds a Home Office sponsor licence on the Skilled Worker route, and has been on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

At Companies House the business is WP3 LTD (company number 12886115), a private limited company incorporated in 2020, 6 years ago. Registered office: 8 Twisleton Court, Priory Hill, Dartford, Kent, DA1 2EN, DA1 2EN. By its SIC codes the business is in construction.

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For WP3 Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
