What a licence means

Licensed, checked, on the list

The Home Office lists Surma Construction Limited because it applied, was checked and continues to meet its sponsor duties. Whether a given job qualifies still depends on the role and the pay under the current rules.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Surma Construction Limited say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

Surma Construction Limited, London, holds a Home Office sponsor licence on the Skilled Worker route, and has been on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

Surma Construction Limited is the registered name (Companies House number 14964323), a private limited company on the register since 2023. The registered office is at 174b Commercial Road, London, E1 2JY, E1 2JY. By its SIC codes the business is in construction.

A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
