What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. International Construction Group Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes International Construction Group Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

The register lists International Construction Group Ltd in Northampton as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

International Construction Group Ltd is the registered name (Companies House number 10753128), a private limited company on the register since 2017. Registered office: 30 York Road, Northampton, NN1 5QH, NN1 5QH. By its SIC codes the business is in construction.

A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
