Summary: Two HGV Driver/Mechanics required for a busy Northern Ireland skip operation. Dual-skilled role combining driving and workshop duties. Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available.
Description: Our client, a well-established Northern Ireland skip hire and waste management operation, is recruiting two HGV Driver/Mechanics for a dual-skilled position.
The role
- Operating skip lorries on delivery and collection rounds
- Carrying out mechanical maintenance and repairs on the fleet during off-route hours
- Diagnosing and fixing breakdowns to keep vehicles on the road
- Supporting yard operations as required
What you’ll need
- Full HGV licence (Class C) with current CPC
- Recognised mechanic qualification or equivalent proven experience
- Confident working both behind the wheel and in the workshop
- Eligibility for UK Skilled Worker visa sponsorship welcomed
