What a licence means
They can sponsor. That is all it says.
A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Yu Xiang Limited is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Yu Xiang Limited say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
Yu Xiang Limited is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Chester and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Yu Xiang Limited the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
