Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For YourCare Support the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
What a licence means
The slow part is done
Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. YourCare Support has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.
