What a licence means

Licensed, checked, on the list

The Home Office lists YMC Limited because it applied, was checked and continues to meet its sponsor duties. Whether a given job qualifies still depends on the role and the pay under the current rules.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes YMC Limited say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

YMC Limited is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in London and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

Ymc Limited is the registered name (Companies House number 03118702), a private limited company on the register since 1995. The registered office is at Ground Floor 74a Holmes Road, London, NW5 3AT, NW5 3AT. By its SIC codes the business is in wholesale.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for YMC Limited's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
