What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean XCZ Development Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Lead with the role, not the visa

Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.

The register

The register lists XCZ Development Ltd in Liverpool as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

Companies House lists it as Xcz Development Ltd, number 11080637, incorporated 2017: 8 years of filings behind the name. The registered office is at 48 - 52 Penny Lane Mossley Hill, Liverpool, Merseyside, L18 1DG, L18 1DG. Its filed activity puts it in construction.

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For XCZ Development Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
