A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
In their own words
What White Skye does
Trump and Vice President JD Vance are committed to lowering costs for all Americans, securing our borders, unleashing American energy dominance, restoring peace through strength, and making all Americans safe and secure once again.
From whitehouse.gov, the company's own site, read October 2026. Their words, not ours.
What a licence means
The slow part is done
Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. White Skye Limited has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.
How to approach them
Ask the question early
Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.
