What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean We Lift Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes We Lift Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

The register lists We Lift Ltd in Brighton as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

At Companies House the business is WE Lift Ltd (company number 12386252), a private limited company incorporated in 2020, 6 years ago. The registered office is at 61-62 Western Road, Brighton, BN1 2HA, BN1 2HA. By its SIC codes the business is in arts, sport and leisure.

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For We Lift Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
