What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Waracle Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Waracle Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

Waracle Ltd, Dundee, holds a Home Office sponsor licence on the Skilled Worker route, and has been on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

Waracle Limited is the registered name (Companies House number SC325433), a private limited company on the register since 2007. Registered office: Flour Mill Dundee, 34 Commercial Street, Dundee, DD1 3EJ, DD1 3EJ. By its SIC codes the business is in it, software and media. It has traded under other names before, including Flex Technical Limited, Pacific Shelf 1459 Limited.

A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
