What a licence means
The slow part is done
Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. W L Polymer Limited has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.
How to approach them
Ask the question early
Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.
