What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Virtue 12 Limited has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Lead with the role, not the visa

Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.

The register

Virtue 12 Limited is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Birmingham and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

Virtue 12 Ltd is the registered name (Companies House number 13643781), a private limited company on the register since 2021. Registered office: 14d Birmingham Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B72 1QG, B72 1QG. Its filed activity puts it in hospitality.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Virtue 12 Limited's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
