What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Victory Group (UK) Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Lead with the role, not the visa

Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.

The register

The register lists Victory Group (UK) Ltd in London as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

Companies House lists it as Victory Group (UK) Ltd, number 14836758, incorporated 2023: 3 years of filings behind the name. Registered office: 9c,55 Marlborough Hill, London, NW8 0NG, NW8 0NG. Its filed activity puts it in wholesale.

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Victory Group (UK) Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
