What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Victex services Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Ask the question early

Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.

The register

Victex services Ltd is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Peckham, Londonderry and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

Companies House lists it as Victex Services Ltd, number 07923367, incorporated 2012: 14 years of filings behind the name. Registered office: Floor 1 Office 6, 35b Astbury Road, Peckham, London, SE15 2NL, SE15 2NL. Its filed activity puts it in construction.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Victex services Ltd's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
