What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Vectorbase Limited is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Lead with the role, not the visa

Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.

The register

The register lists Vectorbase Limited in Essex as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

Vectorbase Limited is the registered name (Companies House number 12443384), a private limited company on the register since 2020. The registered office is at 114 Hamlet Court Road, Westcliff-On-Sea, Essex, SS0 7LP, SS0 7LP. Its filed activity puts it in hospitality.

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Vectorbase Limited the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
