A gate, not a guarantee

The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, UKS Group Limited's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.

How to approach them

Ask the question early

Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.

The register

UKS Group Limited, Brislington, Bristol, holds a Home Office sponsor licence on the Skilled Worker route, and has been on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

Uks Group Limited is the registered name (Companies House number 05956163), a private limited company on the register since 2006. Registered office: The Old Dairy, Ashton Hill Farm Weston Road, Failand, Bristol, BS8 3US, BS8 3US. Its filed activity puts it in construction. It has traded under other names before, including Progressive Flooring Limited.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for UKS Group Limited's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
