What a licence means
The slow part is done
Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. UForce Trading Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.
How to approach them
Ask the question early
Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.
The register
UForce Trading Ltd is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in London and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).
Companies House lists the business as Uforce Trading Limited, company number 16474755, a private limited company. Registered office: 5 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3TW, EC4A 3TW. Its filed activity puts it in wholesale.
Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For UForce Trading Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
