What a licence means
The slow part is done
Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. U & U Construction Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes U & U Construction Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
U & U Construction Ltd is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in London and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For U & U Construction Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
