What a licence means
They can sponsor. That is all it says.
A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean The Naturalist Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes The Naturalist Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
The register lists The Naturalist Ltd in Bath as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

For a candidate this means one less obstacle: The Naturalist Ltd already has the licence most employers would have to apply for. The rest is the ordinary job of getting the interview.
