A gate, not a guarantee
The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Tanners Homes Ltd's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.
How to approach them
Lead with the role, not the visa
Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.
The register
The register lists Tanners Homes Ltd in Buckhurst Hill as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).
