What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Syscomm Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Lead with the role, not the visa

Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.

The register

Syscomm Ltd, Coventry, holds a Home Office sponsor licence on the Skilled Worker route, and has been on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

At Companies House the business is Syscomm Ltd. (company number 01826787), a private limited company incorporated in 1984, 42 years ago. Registered office: Syscomm House, Park Road, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 2GF, CV8 2GF. Its filed activity puts it in it, software and media. It has traded under other names before, including System Communication Services Limited.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Syscomm Ltd's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
