What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Syrinix Limited has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Syrinix Limited say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

Syrinix Limited is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Norwich, Norfolk and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

Companies House lists it as Syrinix Limited, number 04922288, incorporated 2003: 23 years of filings behind the name. Registered office: 6, 7 And 8 Start-Rite Business Centre Broadland Business Park, Peachman Way, Norwich, Norfolk, NR7 0WF, NR7 0WF. By its SIC codes the business is in manufacturing and engineering. It has traded under other names before, including Figjam Associates Limited.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Syrinix Limited's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
