A gate, not a guarantee

The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Subway's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.

How to approach them

Ask the question early

Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.

The register

Subway, Stourbridge, holds a Home Office sponsor licence on the Skilled Worker route, and has been on the register since at least 2026. Rating on the current register: Worker (A rating).

Subway Limited is the registered name (Companies House number 16037972), a private limited company on the register since 2024. Registered office: 45 New Bedford Road, Luton, LU1 1SE, LU1 1SE. Its filed activity puts it in construction. It has traded under other names before, including New Sway Limited.

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Subway the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
