What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Subam Constructions Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Subam Constructions Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

Subam Constructions Ltd, Surrey, holds a Home Office sponsor licence on the Skilled Worker route, and has been on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

Subam Constructions Ltd is the registered name (Companies House number 12553141), a private limited company on the register since 2020. Registered office: 5 Foresters Drive, Wallington, SM6 9DE, SM6 9DE. By its SIC codes the business is in construction.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Subam Constructions Ltd's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
