A gate, not a guarantee
The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Sr Distribution Limited's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.
How to approach them
Lead with the role, not the visa
Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.
The register
The register lists Sr Distribution Limited in Luton as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).
SR Distribution Limited is the registered name (Companies House number 15239917), a private limited company on the register since 2023. Registered office: Unit H, Kingsway Industrial Estate, Luton, LU1 1LP, LU1 1LP. Its filed activity puts it in manufacturing.
What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Sr Distribution Limited's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
