What a licence means
The slow part is done
Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Springpod has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.
How to approach them
Lead with the role, not the visa
Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.
The register
Springpod is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in London and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).
At Companies House the business is Springpod C.I.C. (company number 10198170), a private limited company incorporated in 2016, 10 years ago. Registered office: 16 Cole Street, London, SE1 4YH, SE1 4YH. Its filed activity puts it in it, software and media. It has traded under other names before, including UTC HUB LTD.
What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Springpod's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
