What a licence means
The slow part is done
Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Shining Eyes Limited has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Shining Eyes Limited say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
The register lists Shining Eyes Limited in London as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).
Companies House lists it as Shining Eyes Limited, number 06452161, incorporated 2007: 18 years of filings behind the name. Registered office: 4 Pollen Street, London, W1S 1ND, W1S 1ND. By its SIC codes the business is in other services.
A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
