What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. RGCM Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Ask the question early

Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.

The register

The register lists RGCM Ltd in West Malling, Kent as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).
