What a licence means
They can sponsor. That is all it says.
A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Rex Services Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Rex Services Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
The register lists Rex Services Ltd in London as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).
Rex Services Ltd is the registered name (Companies House number 13632267), a private limited company on the register since 2021. The registered office is at Rex Services Ltd, Suite Am 299 195-197 Wood Street, Walthamstow, London, E17 3NU, E17 3NU. By its SIC codes the business is in construction.
What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Rex Services Ltd's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
