Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Regen the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.

What a licence means

Licensed, checked, on the list

The Home Office lists Regen because it applied, was checked and continues to meet its sponsor duties. Whether a given job qualifies still depends on the role and the pay under the current rules.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Regen say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
