What a licence means
They can sponsor. That is all it says.
A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Refuel Forecourts Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.
How to approach them
Ask the question early
Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.
The register
Refuel Forecourts Ltd is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Leigh and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).
Companies House lists it as Refuel Forecourts Ltd, number 11340008, incorporated 2018: 8 years of filings behind the name. The registered office is at 217a Wigan Road, Leigh, WN7 5DW, WN7 5DW. Its filed activity puts it in retail. It has traded under other names before, including Elan Trading Ltd.
A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
