What a licence means
They can sponsor. That is all it says.
A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Q Care Assist is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Q Care Assist say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
Q Care Assist is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Nottingham and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).
Q Care Assist Ltd is the registered name (Companies House number 12879573), a private limited company on the register since 2020. The registered office is at 3rd Floor, The Clock Tower, Talbot Street, Nottingham, NG1 5GG, NG1 5GG. By its SIC codes the business is in health care.
A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
