What a licence means
The slow part is done
Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Pure Engineering Group has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.
How to approach them
Lead with the role, not the visa
Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.
