What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Probita Solutions Limited has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Lead with the role, not the visa

Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.

The register

The register lists Probita Solutions Limited in Stone, Staffordshire as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

Probita Solutions Limited is the registered name (Companies House number 10778765), a private limited company on the register since 2017. Registered office: Unit 3 Damery Works Damery Lane, Woodford, Berkeley, GL13 9JR, GL13 9JR. Its filed activity puts it in agriculture, forestry and fishing.

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Probita Solutions Limited the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
