Porth Stores Limited is the registered name (Companies House number 06746779), a private limited company on the register since 2008. The registered office is at 55 Bonython Road, Newquay, Cornwall, TR7 3AL, TR7 3AL. By its SIC codes the business is in mining and quarrying.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Porth Stores's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.

What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Porth Stores is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Porth Stores say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
