What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Pindrop Hearing has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Ask the question early

Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.

The register

The register lists Pindrop Hearing in London as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

At Companies House the business is Pindrop Hearing Limited (company number 05909296), a private limited company incorporated in 2006, 20 years ago. Registered office: 1a City Gate, 185 Dyke Road, Hove, BN3 1TL, BN3 1TL. Its filed activity puts it in retail. It has traded under other names before, including Rony Ganguly Hearing Solutions Ltd.

A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
