What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Phoenix Vbuild Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Lead with the role, not the visa

Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.

The register

Phoenix Vbuild Ltd is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Reading and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

At Companies House the business is Phoenix Vbuild Ltd (company number 15371281), a private limited company incorporated in 2023, 2 years ago. Registered office: 3 Earls Mead, Jubilee Road, Reading, RG6 1LX, RG6 1LX. Its filed activity puts it in construction.

A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
