What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Phoenix Psychological Services Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Phoenix Psychological Services Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

Phoenix Psychological Services Ltd is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Kenilworth, West Midlands and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. Rating on the current register: Worker (A rating).

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Phoenix Psychological Services Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
