A gate, not a guarantee

The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Paddock Promotions Ltd's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.

How to approach them

Ask the question early

Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.

The register

Paddock Promotions Ltd is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Tamworth, Staffordshire and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

Paddock Promotions Limited is the registered name (Companies House number 11643568), a private limited company on the register since 2018. Registered office: Unit 22 Two Gates Trading Estate, Watling Street, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B77 5AE, B77 5AE. Its filed activity puts it in arts, sport and leisure.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Paddock Promotions Ltd's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
