What a licence means
They can sponsor. That is all it says.
A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Our Legacy (UK) Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Our Legacy (UK) Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
The register lists Our Legacy (UK) Ltd in London as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).
Our Legacy (UK) Limited is the registered name (Companies House number 09190543), a private limited company on the register since 2014. The registered office is at 101 New Cavendish Street, 1st Floor South, London, W1W 6XH, W1W 6XH. By its SIC codes the business is in retail.
A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
