A gate, not a guarantee
The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Ordtek Ltd's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.
How to approach them
Ask the question early
Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.
The register
The register lists Ordtek Ltd in Colchester as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Ordtek Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
