A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.

A gate, not a guarantee
The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Optimism Supported Housing's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.
How to approach them
Lead with the role, not the visa
Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.
